1. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the invoice.
2. Replacement items must be shipped back in original packaging. For all return enquiries, please contact our customer support team (Subject to condition)
3. Kalyani Covering cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items. Be sure to retain both your proof of purchase and shipping receipts for all returns.
